Dr. Barrett co-founded Celera Genomics with
Dr. J. Craig Venter and the Applera Corporation management team. He
held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer
at Celera, where the team announced the first successful sequencing
of the human genome within two years of the founding of the company.

at Arthur D. Little Inc.
Paul D. Goldenheim, M.D.
Former President of TransForm Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Prior to joining TransForm, Dr. Goldenheim held
multiple positions at Purdue Pharma, L.P and the Purdue Frederick Company
of Stamford, Connecticut, including the positions of Executive Vice
President and Chief Scientific Officer, and Executive Vice President,
Worldwide Research and Development. Dr. Goldenheim is an author on numerous
scientific publications and the inventor on a number of pharmaceutical
patents. Dr. Goldenheim also serves on the boards of directors of a
few privately-held and non-profit entities.

As former Chief Counsel for the Food and Drug
Administration, Mr. Hutt drafted many of the current FDA regulations.
Mr. Hutt currently serves as a member of the Institute of Medicine of
the National Academy of Sciences and teaches a course on Food and Drug
Law at Harvard Law School. He has published numerous papers on food
and drug law and health policy.
Robert
S. Langer, Jr., Sc.D.

of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, MIT
Dr. Langer is the former Chairman of the FDA
Science Board, the FDA's highest advisory board. He has written 780
articles, 450 abstracts, and has nearly 500 issued or pending patents.
Dr. Langer has received over 100 major awards, including the 2002 Charles
Stark Draper Prize, considered the world's most prestigious engineering
prize.
Stephen
T. Reeders, D.M., MRCP
Chief Executive Officer, MVM Limited
Dr. Reeders is founder and Chief Executive Officer
of MVM Limited. In this role, he has co-founded three biotechnology
companies and currently serves as a Board Member of Nova Science Limited,
Vasca Inc., and Oxxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to founding MVM, Dr.
Reeders led healthcare investing at Saunders, Karp & Megrue and served
on the faculty at Yale University.

Sasisekharan, Ph.D.
Momenta Co-Founder & Professor of Biological Engineering,
MIT
Dr. Sasisekharan's research on complex polysaccharides
has led to 90 publications and 30 patents, including the core technologies
of Momenta. He has won both the Burroughs Wellcome and Beckman Foundation
Young Investigator Awards and was the recipient of 1998, 1999, 2000,
and 2001 CaPCure Awards from the CaPCure Foundation. Dr. Sasisekharan
serves on the steering committee of the Consortium for Functional Glycomics.
Bennett
M. Shapiro, M.D.
Executive Vice President, Merck & Co., Inc.
(Retired)
Dr. Shapiro served as an Executive Vice President
at Merck & Co. from 1990 to 2003. Dr. Shapiro is the former head
of Worldwide Licensing and External Research at Merck; prior to that,
he served as the head of basic and preclinical research at Merck &
Co. and as Chairman of the Biochemistry department at University of
Washington.
Craig A. Wheeler
